Fees for the representation of clients in civil law disputes before Russian courts:

Preliminary analysis of a case's prospects. The analysis includes not only an assessment of the probability of success as a percentage but also a brief description of the grounds the analysis is based upon with references to applicable law	Free of charge
Basic fee	Generally, RUB 270K for the representation of a client before Russian commercial courts of first three instances. The basic fee for the representation of a client before the courts of the second cassation instance and of the supervisory instance will generally amount to RUB 45K per instance. However, depending on the complexity and prospective duration of the proceedings the basic fee may either decrease or increase
The fee payable in the event of a favourable outcome of the case (success fee)	from 0,5% of the claim value upheld by the court (or of the client’s savings if the client acted as a respondent). This fee, depending on the circumstances, may be reduced by the previously paid basic fee
