Preliminary analysis of an arbitration's prospects. The analysis includes not only an assessment of the probability of success as a percentage but also a brief description of the grounds the analysis is based on with references to applicable laws

Basic fee for the representation of a client in an arbitration administered by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC), the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MAC), the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) or by any other arbitral institutions located in the CIS

from RUB 270K depending on the complexity and prospective duration of proceedings

Basic fee for the representation of a client in an arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) or by any other arbitral institution located in Scandinavia or Eastern Europe

from RUB 570K depending on the complexity and prospective duration of proceedings

Basic fee for the representation of a client in an arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI), the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the International Centre of Dispute Resolution (ICDR) of the American Arbitration Association, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre as well as in arbitrations under the arbitration rules of the Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations (FOSFA) and the arbitration rules of the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), or in any other international arbitration administered by the arbitral institutions located in Western and Central Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia

The fee payable in the event of a favourable outcome of the case (success fee)

from 0,5% of the claim value upheld by the arbitral tribunal (or of the client’s savings if the client acted as a respondent). This fee, depending on the circumstances, may be reduced by the previously paid basic fee.
This success fee becomes payable after the rendering of an award by the arbitrators
