Free Consultation

We analyse a client's case prospects based on the documents provided by the client prior to concluding the appropriate legal services agreement and without any payment obligations on the part of the client (i.e. free of charge). This consultation not only includes an assessment of the probability of success as a percentage but also a brief description of the grounds the analysis is based upon with references to the applicable law. The analysis is provided to the client in either oral or written form depending on the complexity of the issues at stake.

After receiving the analysis the client has absolute freedom to choose whether or not to continue cooperating with our company. We would not have any regrets in respect of our efforts or time spent on the analysis of prospects if the client decides not to initiate proceedings (for example, in view of the obvious absence of any favourable prospects) and thus refuses to conclude a legal services agreement with us.
