from RUB 190K depending on the complexity and prospective duration of the proceedings - for the representation of a client before Russian courts of all instances

The fee payable in the event of a favourable outcome of the case (success fee)

NONE, except for the following cases:

(i) where the application for the enforcement filed against the client was dismissed;

(ii) where the client’s challenge to the arbitral award was upheld.

In the latter cases the success fee will vary from 0,5% to 1% of the client’s savings (i.e. of the money which would have been recovered from the client under the arbitral award).

This fee, depending on the circumstances, may be reduced by the previously paid basic fee
