Fees for the representation of taxpayers’ interests in tax disputes administered by Russian commercial courts:

Analysis of prospects for the proceedings and providing the client with the analysis in writing. The analysis not only includes an assessment of the probability of success as a percentage but also a brief description of the grounds the analysis is based on with references to the applicable law	Free of charge
Basic fee	max. RUR 90K, depending on the complexity and prospective duration of the proceedings, for the representation of the client’s interests before a court of one instance
The fee payable in the event of a favourable settlement of the case (contingency fee)	3-7% of the amount of the client’s claim upheld by the court (or of the client’s savings in the case of a client being a defendant), depending on the complexity and prospective duration of the proceedings and on the amount of the client’s claim. This fee will be reduced by the previously paid basic fee
